Pay
Base Salary: $55,000–$90,000 (based on license type and credentials) + uncapped commission. $10,000 relocation assistance and sign-on bonus available.

Responsibilities
- Provide clinical expertise to diagnose and treat hearing loss while ensuring a positive patient experience.
- Act in accordance with industry and state professional licensing standards.
- Grow your patient population and meet practice financial goals.
- Deliver quality care and aftercare, including hearing tests, hearing aid fittings, and educating patients on best practices.
- Perform checks, troubleshooting, repairs, and cleaning of hearing aids and other amplification devices.
- Achieve practice growth through sales and key business metrics while maintaining ethical standards.
- Conduct local community outreach, including health fairs and developing physician relationships.
- Counsel patients on the purchase of hearing aids, devices, and accessories.
- Maintain a current understanding of third-party payors and payment methods in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and yearly clinical finance targets in collaboration with your PCC and Manager.
- Support Telehealth initiatives (Remote Care) to expand patient care, including conducting remote hearing tests and coaching patients on hearing aid devices.
- Maintain continuing education requirements based on state regulations.
- Operate audiometric equipment and interpret results for patients in an easily understandable manner.
- Lead, mentor, and participate in growth initiatives, including the Amplify Leadership Program for career development.
- Serve as a proctor or mentor for the next generation of hearing care professionals.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Active Hearing Aid Dispensing License or Audiology License in accordance with state requirements.
- 2+ years of hearing aid sales experience or 2 years of equivalent industry training under a licensed HIS or AuD.
