About the role
The Audiologist performs services requiring knowledge of biological, physical, behavioral, psychological, and sociological sciences as they relate to the auditory system. Using standardized procedures, the Audiologist conducts testing, monitoring, and observation for auditory assessments. This role is directly accountable to the consumer for the quality of care rendered and operates independently in accordance with established departmental and hospital policies.
Responsibilities
- Perform auditory assessments using standardized procedures.
- Monitor and observe auditory functions for diagnostic purposes.
- Deliver high-quality auditory care directly to consumers.
- Operate independently while adhering to departmental and hospital policies.
Requirements
- Master’s Degree from a Hearing and Speech Board-approved institution.
- Washington Audiologist License (required upon hire).
- 1 year of Audiology experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in an outpatient setting.

Pay
The pay range for this position is $42.08 - $65.32 per hour. The successful candidate’s placement on the wage range will be determined based on relevant job experience and other applicable factors. Additional compensation may include shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
