Audiologist

About the role

The St. Luke’s practice is seeking an Audiologist to lead one of their established hearing clinics. This role offers an independent private practice type setting within a reputable medical facility.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive diagnostic hearing evaluations
• Hearing aid sales
• Dispensing and rehabilitation for adults in the Spring Hill office
• Manage community outreach and marketing efforts

Requirements

• A doctoral degree (AuD) from an accredited program
• Minimum of five years’ experience in audiology
• Active involvement in the American Academy of Audiology or the Florida Academy of Audiology
• Knowledge of medical insurance billing
• Skills in data analysis, technology, patient interaction, and communication
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• High attention to detail
• Great customer service skills
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Adaptable
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Stay updated on industry developments and technology
• Mobile in an office setting

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree (AuD)
• Five years of relevant experience
• Active membership in relevant professional organizations
• Knowledgeable about medical insurance billing
