About the role
The Audio Visual Project Manager is responsible for overseeing all aspects of audio visual projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources while ensuring that all deliverables meet client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Oversee project planning and execution
- Manage project timelines and budgets
- Ensure project deliverables meet client expectations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, engineering, and design departments
- Communicate progress and issues to stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant project management experience
- Experience with AV systems and technologies
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
