About The Job

Are you an experienced Audio Visual Sales Professional looking for a strong career opportunity in the low-voltage industry? Midwest Systems & Services is hiring a motivated B2B AV Sales Representative with a background in commercial audio visual systems, security systems, CCTV, paging, intercom, and alarm technologies. Business to Business sales in low voltage audio/visual experience is required.

About The Opportunity

We're an established integrator with a strong reputation, long-term customers, and a supportive team—ideal for sales professionals who want stability and uncapped earnings. Compensation includes a base salary plus an uncapped commission plan with no earnings ceiling. The more you sell, the more you will make. There is no ceiling. The sky's the limit.

Responsibilities

Possess the ability to prospect and close new B2B accounts, present, sell, and upsell AV/low-voltage solutions, manage your pipeline and meet sales targets, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and represent the company professionally in the field.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in AV or low-voltage systems
  • Knowledge of Sound, Paging, Intercom, CCTV, Security, and Alarm systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing abilities
  • Self-motivated, organized, and deadline-driven
  • Valid Driver’s License
