Responsibilities

• Oversee all technical aspects of audio, visual, and multimedia services across the hotel.
• Partner with the on-site sales team to secure contracts.
• Manage AV operations for meetings, conferences, weddings, entertainment, and lifestyle events in line with Hilton brand standards.
• Ensure seamless event execution.
• Maintain all technical equipment to deliver bold, stylish, and memorable experiences that define the Hilton brand within the collection of Crescent managed hotels & resorts.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in audio/visual engineering or related field
• 2+ years of experience with audio/visual equipment
• Proficiency with multimedia software and digital audio/visual tools
• Familiarity with applicable safety and quality standards
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Customer service-oriented attitude

Pay

$65,000 to $70,000 per year
