About the Role

Your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive the best possible implementation experience 100% of the time. This will include working extensively within a suite of software tools we have implemented for this purpose, including Slack, Microsoft Office, T-Sheets, Zendesk, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure project completion in a timely manner
  • Cook up and coordinate the on-site work
  • Stay in close communication with our lead technicians, project management team and valued clients throughout the process

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Custom Integration, Security or Related Firm
  • Control system experience, especially with Control4, preferred
  • Security system experience preferred
  • High level of emotional intelligence
  • Professional appearance at all times
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Resourceful and willing to patiently work through challenging situations
  • Patient and friendly at all times
  • Dedicated to details and follow-through
  • Ambition to strive for 100% client satisfaction at all times
  • Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
  • Must pass a pre-employment background check
