About the Role
Your time will be spent ensuring our clients receive the best possible implementation experience 100% of the time. This will include working extensively within a suite of software tools we have implemented for this purpose, including Slack, Microsoft Office, T-Sheets, Zendesk, Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.
Responsibilities
- Ensure project completion in a timely manner
- Cook up and coordinate the on-site work
- Stay in close communication with our lead technicians, project management team and valued clients throughout the process
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a Custom Integration, Security or Related Firm
- Control system experience, especially with Control4, preferred
- Security system experience preferred
- High level of emotional intelligence
- Professional appearance at all times
- Excellent communication skills
- Resourceful and willing to patiently work through challenging situations
- Patient and friendly at all times
- Dedicated to details and follow-through
- Ambition to strive for 100% client satisfaction at all times
- Clean driving record and valid driver’s license
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
