About the role

We are looking for a Music Production Expert with native or near-native proficiency in Russian to evaluate AI-generated music. This is a contract role with a duration of up to 6 months, requiring a commitment of 20+ hours per week. The position is remote and offers flexible deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate AI-generated music for musicality, creativity, and production quality across genres.
• Compare songs head-to-head on prompt adherence and vocal quality.
• Label songs by genre, structure, instruments, and vocals.
• Review AI-generated lyrics and vocals for quality and accuracy.
• Work independently and asynchronously to meet flexible deadlines.

Requirements

• Native or near-native proficiency in Russian.
• Ability to follow detailed written instructions in English.
• 2+ years of experience as a music producer, audio engineer, or mixing engineer.
• Headphones or studio monitors suitable for critical listening.

Qualifications (Preferred)

• Formal training in music performance, theory, or composition.
• Credited or commercially released production, engineering, or mixing work.
• Broad familiarity with contemporary Russian genres, sub-genres, and artists.

Pay

$35–$49/hour
