Audio Editor - AI Trainer
Opportunity Overview
Handshake is seeking skilled Audacity users to support AI research through flexible, hourly contract work. This is not a traditional job. You'll leverage your hands-on experience with audio editing, podcast production, or voice-over recording to evaluate AI-generated content and provide feedback that enhances AI's understanding of audio tasks and post-production workflows.
Who This Is For
This role is suitable for experienced Audacity users with backgrounds in roles such as Audio Editor, Audio Post-Production Specialist, Podcast Producer, Voice-Over Artist, or Multimedia Specialist. Candidates should have at least 1 year of hands-on experience with Audacity, including proficiency in audio editing, noise reduction, sound cleanup, podcast production, and voice-over work.
What You'll Do
- Create tool-related questions based on your Audacity experience
- Review AI-generated responses for accuracy and relevance to real-world audio editing and post-production workflows
Qualifications
- No prior AI or technical experience required
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Audacity
- A working knowledge of audio editing concepts and post-production workflows
- Strong written communication skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and follow written guidelines
