Audience Engagement Marketing Manager

What You Will Be Doing

• Execute pre-defined digital marketing campaign activities that drive registration to our event.
• Create digital marketing materials (e.g., drafting content for emails, website updates, paid media campaigns, outbound marketing assets, etc).
• Deliver digital/website content that creates a seamless and engaging customer experience throughout the entire event cycle.
• Foster innovation within the team by leveraging AI marketing tools to increase event registrations and enhance attendee engagement.
• Collaborate with internal client teams to deploy digital marketing content across various channels.
• Support and drive marketing for the event broadcast that results in high viewership and awareness.
• Contribute to the measurement and reporting of digital marketing campaign performance.

What You Bring

• 7+ years' experience in marketing and audience acquisition for high tech companies.
• Proven success in developing and managing marketing campaigns that deliver results and meet or exceed objectives.
• Experience with using innovative AI tools to support and drive marketing initiatives.
• Experience with email marketing tools such as Eloqua and Marketo.
• Masterful timeline and deliverable management, including juggling variables and evolving priorities across multiple campaigns.
• Demonstrate ability to ruthlessly prioritize, quickly adapt, and collaborate effectively across a wide range of stakeholders.
• Able to work cross-functionally with several internal teams.
• Great organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Limited travel is required (5%).
