Audi Long Beach seeks a Sales Assistant to join our team. Our mission is to deliver a world-class guest experience through innovation and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Aid Sales Consultants with test drive prep and guest appointments.
- Engage guests by demonstrating vehicle features and technology in a clear, friendly way.
- Accompany or lead guest test drives when needed.
- Stage and inspect vehicles for delivery (fuel, cleanliness, documentation).
- Review delivery checklists with guests and activate vehicle technology.
- Follow up with guests post-delivery to ensure satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred.
