Audacity Software Expert
Expected compensation: $29.00 USD per hour
About the role
HireArt is helping our client, a leader in multimodal AI data infrastructure, find an experienced Audacity Software Expert to contribute to a short-term AI evaluation project. The project focuses on creating high-quality, long-horizon computer workflows that can be used to evaluate the capabilities of AI systems. Contributors will design tasks based on their own subject-matter expertise, complete and record approved workflows, and develop evaluation criteria for the final output.
Compensation is based on platform-verified recorded hours associated with approved project work, rather than general hours worked. Approved tasks are generally expected to require at least 1.5 hours of active work by a skilled user.
Responsibilities
- Design and propose complex tasks based on realistic, professional Audacity workflows.
- Develop evaluation rubrics that clearly define the criteria for successful task completion.
- Complete approved tasks while recording your workflow end-to-end.
- Submit completed tasks, including all relevant input and output files, for review and approval.
- Incorporate feedback and refine task proposals or evaluation criteria when necessary.
Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Audacity, with strong knowledge of workflows commonly performed by professionals.
- Ability to independently design projects based on your subject-matter expertise and clearly define what constitutes a successful final deliverable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to self-evaluate the quality and accuracy of completed work.
- Comfortable recording computer-based work and submitting associated project files.
- Experience in a similar human data role is preferred.
