Auction.com is transforming real estate by connecting buyers, sellers, and investors with innovative technology. As an Associate Auction Coordinator, you'll conduct, co-host, and participate in live auctions, educate customers, and help turn houses into homes.
Responsibilities
- Maintain professionalism with customers and event staff
- Produce auction day processes with varying asset volumes
- Maintain event equipment and materials
- Be a subject matter expert on customer resources
- Communicate professionally and network
- Collect customer information using proprietary software
- Auctioneer and track bids on varying assets
- Complete customer contracts and event reports
- Identify and support process efficiencies
- Facilitate on-the-job training for event day roles
- Contribute to scheduled training and team calls
- Complete tasks with high quality, efficiency, and attention to detail

About the Role
This position is centered around Fayetteville, NC but may require occasional travel up to 2 hours. Schedules are assigned weekly by your Area/State Manager based on auction scheduling needs. This role involves a flexible and adaptable schedule, with required training sessions and administrative tasks.

Pay
Hourly pay starts at $20.00, increasing incrementally after positional training and with development of skills, proficiency, and responsibilities. Starting at $27.50 / hour.
Schedule
Your Area/State Manager will assign schedules weekly, depending on auction scheduling needs. This can vary based on scheduling opportunities and your skill set. On average, you will work between 8 - 12 hours per week. Hours can fluctuate and are not guaranteed.
