Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for residential and commercial construction projects.
• Utilize BuildExact software to manage and streamline estimation processes.
• Analyze project plans, specifications, and materials to determine quantities and costs.
• Maintain a database of material costs and subcontractor pricing for ongoing reference.
• Ensure all estimates meet Australian building standards, codes, and regulations.
• Monitor project budgets and recommend adjustments as needed to maintain profitability.

Skills Required

• Proven experience as an Estimator in the Australian construction industry.
• Proficiency in BuildExact software is a must.
• Strong understanding of Australian building codes, standards, and industry practices.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
