Fritz's Adventure is an experiential adventure park that brings people together through discovery, challenge and play. We offer two million cubic feet of attractions including zip lines, mazes, tunnels, ropes courses, playgrounds and more at our Branson, MO location.
Responsibilities
- Supervise daily operations of zip lines, ropes courses, climbing walls, and related attractions.
- Lead and motivate a team of adventure guides to deliver excellent guest service.
- Oversee day-to-day operations including opening and closing procedures, equipment inspections, course checks, staffing plans, rotations, break assignments, operating attractions, and cleaning.
- Ensure proper staffing levels and adjust assignments to meet operational needs.
- Monitor throughput, guest flow, and queue management to maintain efficiency and minimize guest wait time.
- Collaborate effectively and proactively with the management team on all operational, safety, and guest service initiatives.
- Perform all other duties as assigned or necessary to support Fritz's Adventure.
- Demonstrate complete knowledge of and enforce all safety standards and operating procedures in accordance with company policies, industry regulations, and manufacturer requirements.
- Oversee daily inspections, harness fittings, and guest briefings.
- Respond quickly and effectively to incidents or emergencies.
- Support training and certification programs for staff in safety, rescue, and operational procedures.
- Create wow moments with a welcoming, enthusiastic, and guest-focused atmosphere.
- Proactively observe and listen to guests and resolve issues quickly with professionalism and empathy.
- Model and coach exceptional guest interaction skills for all team members.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new staff members.
- Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations.
- Lead by example to promote teamwork, accountability, and a positive culture.
Requirements
- Previous experience in attractions, outdoor recreation, or adventure operations preferred.
- Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred.
- Strong communication (written and verbal), problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working indoors and outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Ability to work at heights up to 75 feet through attraction harness and safety structures.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks such as climbing and equipment setup.
- Standing, climbing, and moving for long periods of time.
- Must be 18 years or older; CPR/First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain).
- Must have reliable transportation.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
Schedule
- Full-time hourly position; nights, weekends, holidays, and peak season availability are required.
- Indoor and outdoor work environment with variable weather and physical activity.
