About the role

The Attractions Crew Member (Flow) plays a crucial role in bringing to life in-world experiences at Netflix House. This permanent entertainment venue offers immersive activities and elevated hospitality for fans of Netflix shows.

Responsibilities

• Work in specific roles for an in-world Attractions experience, including Fan control, behind-the-scenes operational roles, and general operations positions.
• Provide best-in-class service to our Fans while adhering to specific IP needs and in-world environments.
• Execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including emergency procedures.
• Foster a culture of safety in all actions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, attractions, and F&B operations, or immersive experiences, theatrical productions, or show-based attractions.
• Knowledge of creative excellence and show quality process.
• Knowledge of the Netflix platform and shows.
• Excellent teamwork skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
• Strong desire to think outside the box and innovate.
• Willingness to learn environmental, health, and safety (EHS) protocols.
• Availability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, at a 365-day operation.

Qualifications

Pay

$19.60 - $24.52 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time or part-time hourly role based in King of Prussia, PA. Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
