Attractions Ambassador- Full Time (The Fly LINQ)

Responsibilities

• Oversight of guest safety and harnessing, including inspections and adjustments.
• Demonstration of high-level guest service and attention during interactions.
• Safely loading trolleys onto zipline cables and making proper attachments.
• Unloading guests from trolleys and escorting them to a safe zone for unharnessing.
• Connecting guests to the ziplines and performing swap checks with operational partners.
• Displaying critical safety instructions to every guest.
• Enabling and dispatching guests from control panels, resetting automatic controls, and verifying landing platforms.
• Improving ride cycle times to reduce wait times.
• Removing and loading harnesses and flight bags from the Gear Retrieval System or Cart.
• Maintaining operational checks, including loading fellow operators for pre-opening checks and ensuring the ride is ready for guests.
• Cleaning all platforms, staircases, and handrails daily.
• Removing trash and securing platforms for maintenance upon nightly shutdown.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service.
• Ensuring the safety of all guests, team members, and other employees at all times.
• Secure all decks and platforms during closing hours.
• A High School Diploma preferred.
• Effective communication skills in a friendly, courteous manner with guests, employees, management, and the public.
• Proficiency in English.
• Willingness to work various shifts and hours, including holidays and weekends.
• Willingness to work at different workstations within the Fly LINQ area and outdoor locations.
• Time management and ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Professional appearance and adherence to company policies and procedures.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs., reach heights of 6'8", and work in high places.
• Standing, walking, kneeling, and stopping for long durations.
