About the role
Responsible for advising clients on water law issues, drafting legal documents, and representing clients in court.
Responsibilities
- Advise clients on complex water law matters
- Draft legal documents related to water rights and disputes
- Represent clients in federal and state courts
- Conduct legal research and analysis
- Prepare and present oral arguments in court
Requirements
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Experience in water law and litigation
- Knowledge of federal and state water laws
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Strong legal research and writing skills
- Effective negotiation and mediation skills
- Ability to handle sensitive client information confidentially
- Strong organizational and time management skills

- $75,000 - $100,000 annually
