Mid-sized law firm seeking a Trusts & Estates Attorney transitioning from Big Law. The compensation structure is performance-based, rewarding quality work and contributions without subjectivity. The firm offers the infrastructure of a large firm with advanced document management systems and technology, and will acquire additional resources upon request. There are no minimum billing requirements, and administrative staff are sourced from large law firms.

Responsibilities

• Handle complex estate planning for high-net-worth clients, including billionaires.
• Provide Trusts & Estates legal services with a focus on quality and efficiency.
• Delegate work effectively to maximize earnings while reducing personal workload.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience practicing Trusts & Estates law.
• Experience handling complex estate planning matters.
• Barred in Pennsylvania or New Jersey.
• Background in Big Law or a mid-sized law firm.
• Kind-hearted and collaborative approach.

Pay

$165,000 - $400,000 per year.
