Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law, with Pennsylvania and/or New Jersey admission strongly preferred
• Candidates licensed in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Virginia, or Maryland are encouraged to apply
• Strong legal research and analytical capabilities
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
• Ability to independently own assignments while collaborating effectively with a litigation team

Preferred qualifications

• Prior litigation experience
• Experience with first-party insurance, property/casualty matters, property damage claims, or subrogation
• Experience handling discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation
• Familiarity with Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Strong academic credentials
• Demonstrated written and oral advocacy skills
• Trial or courtroom exposure is a plus

Pay

$75,000 - $125,000 per year
