About the role

Responsibilities
- Manage and conduct legal research to support case strategies
- Prepare and present legal arguments in court
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve disputes
- Review and draft legal documents such as pleadings, motions, and agreements
Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in at least one state
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant legal experience
- Strong analytical and writing skills
Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
