Attorney — Data Privacy & AI Compliance — Denver or Boulder / Hybrid Remote — Established Firm

Job Details

• Support two partners specializing in data privacy
• Advising technology, SaaS, and AI companies on privacy and cybersecurity compliance
• Draft and negotiate data privacy provisions in commercial contracts
• Support M&A transactions on privacy and data security diligence
• Aid in implementing privacy and AI compliance programs and internal governance policies
• Manage data breach preparedness, response, and internal compliance investigations

Requirements

• Colorado Bar admission, or willingness to become licensed
• 4+ years of data privacy and security compliance experience
• Experience in data privacy and cybersecurity compliance
• Experience in AI/machine learning governance
• Experience in technology transactions such as SaaS, data licensing, and IP licensing
• In-house privacy department experience
