Attorney – Commercial Lending and Real Estate - Indianapolis
Amundsen Davis seeks a transactional attorney to join our expanding Indianapolis office. This role will work on a team of attorneys with a sophisticated and varied practice representing financial institutions and corporate clients.
Responsibilities
- Handle commercial loan documentation
- Manage lending and real estate transactions
- Address creditors rights issues
Requirements
- Active Indiana bar license
- At least three years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical and drafting skills
- Detail-oriented, self-starter, independent, highly motivated, and client-focused
