Responsibilities

• Manage and support a variety of civil litigation matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, pleadings, and other legal documents.
• Participate in depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and courts.
• Collaborate with attorneys and support staff to develop case strategies.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active Nevada Bar license, or ability to obtain admission
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
• Litigation experience preferred, but motivated candidates at varying experience levels are encouraged to apply
