Attorney

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload involving litigation defense, civil rights, and public school law matters
• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, briefs, and other legal documents
• Represent clients in court appearances, hearings, depositions, and mediations
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and court officials
• Aid with trial preparation and strategy development
• Maintain accurate case files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Pennsylvania
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
• Litigation experience preferred
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
