About the role

We are seeking a Senior Business & Real Estate Attorney to play a key leadership role advising clients, managing sophisticated business transactions, and mentoring the next generation of attorneys.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex business and real estate transactional matters, including contracts, entity formations, acquisitions, commercial agreements, and outside general counsel services.
• Oversee litigation strategy in collaboration with the firm's litigation team.
• Serve as the primary advisor for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships.
• Mentor and supervise junior attorneys, ensuring high-quality legal work and professional development.
• Drive strategic legal solutions while managing matters from inception through completion.

Qualifications

• Active California Bar license in good standing.
• 12+ years of experience in business transactional law with litigation exposure.
• Proven ability to independently manage sophisticated client matters and foster client relationships.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Practical, business-minded approach with excellent judgment.
