Location: Remote (U.S.-licensed Attorneys Preferred)

Employment Type: Contract (3–6 Months)

About the Role

We are seeking experienced U.S.-licensed Attorneys to support the development of next-generation AI systems by applying their legal expertise to real-world legal analysis, research, drafting, and content review. This is a fully remote contract opportunity where you'll collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve AI performance through high-quality legal insights. No prior AI experience is required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research and legal analysis across various U.S. legal topics.
• Draft, review, and edit legal memoranda, contracts, legal opinions, and related documents.
• Evaluate AI-generated legal content for legal accuracy, quality, and completeness.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI-generated responses.
• Collaborate remotely with legal and technical teams.
• Maintain exceptional attention to detail and high-quality standards in all deliverables.

Requirements

• Active license to practice law in the United States.
• 4+ years of legal experience.
• Strong background in legal research, legal analysis, and legal drafting.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience reviewing complex legal documents.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Schedule

• Flexible Schedule
• 20 hours/week (Part-Time)
• 40 hours/week (Full-Time)
