About the role

Robertson, Anschutz, Schneid, Crane & Partners, PLLC is a national law firm providing full-service creditors’ rights and real estate legal services in 19 states. We are seeking an experienced Attorney to assist with our high-volume foreclosure practice.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with the firm’s foreclosure and litigation departments
• Maintain the highest quality of work-product while helping clients achieve their goals and ensure firm policies and procedures are being followed
• Monitor progress and develop strategies to effectively bring files to resolution

Requirements

• Detailed knowledge of law and experience related to creditors’ rights legal representation (real estate, foreclosure, litigation)
• Working knowledge of the rules of civil procedure and their application to foreclosure matters
• Knowledge of Federal and State consumer protection statutes
• South Carolina barred for at least 5 years
• 2 years’ plus experience in Creditors’ Rights
• 2 years’ plus litigation experience

Education and Training
