Attorney

We are looking for an Attorney to join our team and handle a broad range of insurance defense matters in a dynamic litigation practice. This opportunity is suited for a legal specialist who is confident managing cases, preparing persuasive written work, and representing clients through key stages of litigation. The role offers the chance to work across several liability-related matters while contributing to high-quality legal strategy and client service. Responsibilities: • Represent clients in insurance defense cases involving general liability, personal injury, product liability, and liability claims. • Manage litigation matters from initial filing through resolution, including settlement negotiations, court appearances, and trial preparation. • Draft motions, briefs, pleadings, and legal memoranda that support case strategy and advocacy efforts. • Conduct discovery activities such as reviewing records, preparing responses, and analyzing evidence relevant to each matter. • Summarize deposition testimony and case developments to support litigation planning and client reporting. • Collaborate with internal colleagues, clients, and outside parties to move cases forward efficiently and effectively. • Develop case assessments and legal strategies tailored to the facts, risks, and objectives of each assignment. • Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school.• 2 to 10+ years of experience practicing in insurance defense litigation.• Active New Hampshire Bar license is required.• Trial experience is required.• Demonstrated ability to prepare motions, briefs, and other legal memoranda.• Experience handling discovery and civil litigation matters in a legal setting.• Ability to independently manage cases from inception through settlement or trial is preferred.• Admission in additional bars or eligibility to waive into another jurisdiction is a plus.*This is fully remote but you must be able to travel to court in New Hampshire* Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
