Responsibilities

• Rule 49 disclosure strategy and execution on assigned matters
• Subpoenas, records collection, and financial tracing
• Written discovery, from drafting through motions to compel
• Deposition preparation and outlines
• Working directly with forensic accountants and business valuators

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in family law, preferably in complex cases
• Experience with business valuations, self-employed income, and separate property claims
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Proficiency in legal research and document production
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively

Pay

$140,000+
