About the role

It is a high‑volume, fast‑paced, multi‑office firm representing mortgage lenders, banks and financial institutions in foreclosure, bankruptcy, eviction and REO matters, and is nationally recognized as an industry leader in the legal default servicing space.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritizing a large caseload
• Drafting and reviewing pleadings to ensure compliance with local, state and federal laws and regulations
• Attending hearings and status conferences
• Interacting with clients, opposing counsel and MWC team members
• Providing creative solutions to complex problems to mitigate client risk

Requirements

• Juris Doctorate and member in good standing of the Pennsylvania Bar
• 2‑3 years of foreclosure litigation experience
• Previous experience with title, bankruptcy, foreclosure and/or mortgage banking is preferred
