About the role

This role is for a Defense Attorney on a Partner Track, offering the opportunity to build your practice in New Mexico (Albuquerque or remote). The firm is a growing national litigation firm with a strong presence throughout New Mexico, representing insurance carriers, businesses, and professionals in sophisticated defense matters across multiple practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation

Requirements

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience

Pay

Salary: $130,000 - $200,000 per year. Competitive compensation plus bonus opportunities.
