About the role

This role can be worked remotely, fully on-site, or in a hybrid arrangement from one of our offices. Our attorneys represent insurance carriers, businesses, and professionals in sophisticated defense matters spanning multiple practice areas. Qualifications

• 2+ years of insurance defense experience
• Active membership in the Nevada bar (or eligibility to practice in Nevada)

Practice areas

Auto, Construction Defect, Workers' Comp, General Liability, Med Mal/Nursing Home, Professional Lines, Premise Liability and Products Liability, First Party and PIP.

Responsibilities

• Managing cases through all phases of litigation
• Taking and defending depositions
• Motion practice and discovery
• Court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Client communication and reporting
• Trial preparation

Salary: $140,000 - $220,000 per year
