Responsibilities
- Provide legal services with a concentration in labor and employment law for a federal law enforcement agency.
- Focus on administrative litigation before the EEOC, MSPB, FLRA, and arbitrators.
- Offer litigation support in agency-related cases to Assistant U.S. Attorneys and other Department of Justice counsel representing the agency and its personnel in all areas of federal litigation.
- Provide legal advice and assistance in other areas of law, including civil and criminal procedure, federal contracts, asset forfeiture, and ethics.
Qualifications
- Experienced Attorney Advisor at the GS‑14 or GS‑15 level (including FPL GS‑15).
- Concentration in labor and employment law.
