Duties
- Works with Cannabis Control Compliance staff to investigate and enforce compliance
- Conducts 119 hearings and appeals
- Provides in-house counsel and direction to compliance inspectors and supervisors in investigations of a variety of cannabis facilities
- Acts as a liaison with the Attorney General’s office to prosecute cases
- Affords assistance in the preparation of Notices of Violation, administrative charges, settlement agreements, and corrective action plans
