Attending Physician

About the role

Infinite Medical P.C. is seeking an Attending Physician to oversee and manage the primary medical care for residents at our facilities. This role involves acting as the primary care provider, conducting patient rounds, diagnosing and treating patients, and working closely with NPs and PAs to provide comprehensive care.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary care provider for residents in Skilled Nursing Facilities (SNFs)
• Collaborate with NPs and PAs to assess and manage resident care
• Treat patients with acute illnesses and manage ongoing medical conditions
• Discuss treatment plans, prognosis, and advance care planning with residents and their families
• Maintain accurate medical records and adhere to healthcare regulations
• Work closely with nurses, therapists, and specialists to provide comprehensive care

Requirements

• A board-certified physician with experience in primary care and long-term care (LTC)
• Strong leadership skills to support and mentor NPs and PAs
• Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds and stand/walk/work on feet up to 6-8 hours per day

Total Annual Compensation: $150,000 - $180,000
