All sales transactions
Bussing tables
Cleaning, sweeping, and mopping the surrounding tables and areas
Retrieving any warehouse orders as needed
Create an atmosphere that induces guests to choose Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Sacramento at Fire Mountain
Build and retain guest relations
Act as a mentor to team members
Replenish and garnish food on the cafeteria line as necessary
Serve food as necessary
Maintain a neat and sanitary appearance of assigned work area
Clean and store serving utensils and equipment properly at the end of shift
Store unused food items properly
Take care of spills and other hazards as necessary
Restock and store warehouse deliveries in proper storage areas
Clean and maintain Team Dining Room throughout shift
Attend and participate in meetings, completing follow-up as assigned
Perform other duties as assigned

Two months of on-the-job training
Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Gaming/Lottery regulations
Successfully pass background check
Successfully pass drug screening
Must be eighteen (18) years of age
Excellent customer service skills
Basic mathematical skills
Ability to present an image of excitement, enthusiasm, and outgoing personality
Flexibility to work varying shifts and time schedules
Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and guests
Ability to restock needed materials and retrieve dropped items
Use a cash register
Distinguish between different denominations of currency and make correct change
Read ticket totals, total credit vouchers, and log checks
Use machines and equipment including, but not limited to: cash register system, credit card machines, and calculator
