About the Role

As a Laundry Experience Curator, you are an essential part of delivering a clean, comfortable, and high-quality guest experience. Behind the scenes, your work ensures every linen, towel, and fabric meets our standards—supporting the entire hotel operation. If you take pride in consistency, efficiency, and quality, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, this role is your stage.

Responsibilities

• Laundry Operations
  • Operate and maintain washers, dryers, and ironing equipment for optimal performance
  • Sort, wash, dry, and fold linens, towels, and other items following established standards
  • Ensure all laundry meets quality expectations for cleanliness and presentation
• Inventory & Supplies
  • Monitor laundry supplies such as detergents and softeners
  • Maintain appropriate stock levels while minimizing waste
• Cleanliness & Safety
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
  • Follow all safety, sanitation, and operational procedures
  • Report equipment issues or maintenance needs promptly
• Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with Housekeeping and team members to meet daily deadlines
  • Support overall hotel operations by ensuring timely linen availability
  • Jump in where needed to keep operations running smoothly

Requirements

• Are detail-oriented and take pride in quality and cleanliness
• Thrive in a fast-paced, physically active environment
• Work well independently and as part of a team
• Communicate clearly and follow direction effectively
• Are reliable, organized, and efficient with your time
• Have basic knowledge of laundry operations (a plus, but not required)

Qualifications

• Previous laundry or hospitality experience preferred
• Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy loads with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to stand, walk, and work for extended periods in a warm environment
