Serves as receptionist for the main office; enters student attendance data in the electronic reporting system; coordinates the collection, maintenance, and distribution of student attendance information; receives Associated Student Body (ASB) funds and maintains related records; assists students in the Health Room; provides secretarial support to building administrators.
Shift Details
- 6.8 hours a day
- 190 day calendar
- Continuing Position: Employees have reasonable assurance of continued employment to the following school year.
- Work hours, work locations, and the designated beginning and ending times may vary.
- FLSA Status: Non-exempt
- Hourly Rate: $36.40 per hour (2025-2026 Office Personnel Salary Schedule)

Minimum Qualifications
- Education and Experience:
- 18 years of age and hold a high school diploma or equivalent.
- One Of The Following:
- Hold a post-secondary or advanced degree;
- Earned a minimum of ten (10) relevant college credits;
- Have three (3) years of relevant experience.
