Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support student attendance, enrolment, and engagement processes.
- Maintain Individual Learning Plans to ensure students receive targeted support.
- Collaborate with the Deputy Principal and Curriculum Coordinator to meet NCCD requirements.
- Build strong relationships with students, families, schools, and external stakeholders to enhance student outcomes.
- Model best-practice inclusion and support strategies that foster a safe, welcoming, and inclusive learning environment.
Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Counselling, Psychology, or Social Work.
- Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and monitoring of student attendance, census, and diagnostic testing.
- Experience in leading and supervising a team of Youth Workers working within a challenging environment and applying effective time management skills.
- Valid Driver’s Licence and/or Bus Licence.
- Current Working with Children Check (Blue Card).
- TCSI training is advantageous for this role.
