Responsibilities
- Lead protocol and diplomatic engagement functions supporting foreign military attachés, including the coordination and processing of diplomatic correspondence, official embassy invitations, and protocol actions for HQDA personnel.
- Coordinate with regional desk officers to deliver strategic recommendations to Army Senior Leaders (ASLs) regarding appropriate levels of event representation.
- Prepare and deliver critical read-ahead intelligence and protocol materials for ASLs including the SecArmy, CSA, UnderSecArmy, VCSA, DAS, and DCS, G-2 (or designated representatives) when attending embassy-sponsored events.
- Serve as the primary interface with foreign embassies to facilitate engagements, manage official invitation responses, and resolve bilateral requests for information.
- Synthesize and distribute the DAMI-STF Weekly Activities Report (WAR).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, Intelligence Studies, Government, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting DoD, Joint Staff, or HQDA organizations in intelligence, international affairs, protocol, executive support, or strategic operations.
- Demonstrated knowledge of U.S. military protocol, diplomatic engagement processes, and foreign military liaison operations.
- Experience preparing executive-level correspondence, read-ahead materials, intelligence summaries, and briefings for senior government or military leaders.
- Familiarity with Army staff processes, HQDA operations, and coordination across multiple organizations and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience interacting with senior military leaders, foreign officials, and executive staff.
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including foreign embassies, interagency partners, and senior government officials.
- Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across cross-functional teams and diverse organizations.
- Must possess a Top-Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
- Willingness to travel as needed.

Pay
The salary range for this role is $125,000 USD - $225,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
