What You'll Do

  • Develop, solve, and critically review advanced atmospheric science problems with real-world scientific relevance.
  • Apply your expertise in climate modeling, meteorology, ecology, or sustainability to design complex, nuanced problem statements.
  • Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to sharpen AI model reasoning in your field.
  • Evaluate the scientific accuracy, rigor, and clarity of AI-generated content across atmospheric and environmental topics.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of scientific depth and precision.
  • Work independently on task-based assignments fully on your own schedule.

Who You Are

  • Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Meteorology, Environmental Science, or a closely related field.
  • Experienced researcher with hands-on knowledge of climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, or related specializations.
  • Comfortable coding in Python or R — whether for data analysis, modeling, or research workflows.
  • Naturally rigorous and detail-oriented — you hold your work to a high scientific standard.
  • Clear and confident written communicator who can explain complex concepts precisely.
  • Fluent in English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in data annotation, data quality assurance, or AI evaluation workflows.
  • Familiarity with ecological modeling, sustainability research, or earth system science.
  • Background in reviewing or writing scientific literature.
  • Prior work with large datasets or geospatial analysis tools.
