ATM Supervisor

Role Summary: The ATM Supervisor oversees a team supporting Cash in Transit (CIT) operations, ensuring security, efficiency, and compliance within an armed environment. They supervise drivers, messengers, and guards, manage daily route operations, and maintain a safe workplace. The role involves coaching employees, leveraging systems for continuous improvement, and ensuring adherence to security protocols and regulations. Key Responsibilities Supervise CIT team members and daily operationsEnsure safety, security, and efficient workflowProvide coaching and skill developmentImplement process improvements and leverage technologyMaintain inventory security and regulatory complianceAssist management to meet branch goalsPerform cross-training and additional duties as needed Qualifications & Skills At least 3 years of operations experience in transportation or logisticsMust satisfy Department of Transportation requirementsMinimum age of 21, with valid firearms permit or ability to obtain oneAbility to lift at least 50 poundsPreferred: experience as an armored car driver, route analysis knowledge, lean/process improvement skills, budgeting, and a bachelor's degreeStrong analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal, and communication skills
