About the role

The Varsity Assistant Coach supports the Head Coach in leading a competitive, Christ-centered athletic program that develops student-athletes spiritually, athletically, emotionally, and socially.

Responsibilities

• Supports program culture and reinforces expectations.
• Represents Lighthouse Christian Academy professionally.

Requirements

• A personal and growing relationship with Jesus Christ.
• Prior coaching or playing experience preferred (especially with youth teams).
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to motivate, instruct, and care for students with patience and integrity.

Qualifications

• Completes required background checks and child protection training.
