Responsibilities
- Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
- Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
- Build and maintain relationships throughout the community and clinics
- Perform spine and pain management assessments and documentation
- Coordinate stakeholder communication, including with MDs, PTs, PSCs, and others
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in athletic training, master's preferred
- Minimum one-year experience in the field
- State licensure and certification as an Athletic Trainer by the American Board of Certification

Compensation & Bonus Structure
- Base Salary: $56,000 - $65,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
