Athletic Trainer-Minot Public Schools

About the role

The position serves as the designated health care provider for Minot Public Schools, providing sports medicine services to athletes involved in competition at contracted events including practices and games, matches, or meets.

Responsibilities

• Provide sports medicine services to athletes involved in competition at contracted events including practices and games, matches, or meets.
• Assist in developing and monitoring Quality Management activities.
• Participate in rehabilitation education programs for Trinity staff, the community, health education, and other organizations in the northwest North Dakota area.

Requirements

• Current certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC).
• Experience in a school setting preferred.
• Knowledge of First Aid, CPR, and AED.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Athletic Training or related field.
• Experience in a clinical setting preferred.

• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
