Athletic Trainer - Flexi
Overview
Oversee patient/athlete response to treatment and progress towards goals. Perform therapeutic interventions by accepted standards of care and within department policies and procedures. Provide effective instruction to patients/athletes and families through standardized educational programs and/or individualized training. Assist the department in achieving financial goals. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Athletic Training, and certification as a Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) from the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy or Athletic Training
- Certified Athletic Trainer (ATC) certification from the Board of Certification for the Athletic Trainer (BOC)
- State license required in the state of practice
- Ability to travel with the team
Qualifications
Experience working with patients/athletes and their families, knowledge of therapeutic interventions, and strong communication skills are essential.
