Athletic Trainer ATC

About the role

This exciting opportunity allows you to utilize your skills and expertise to provide top-notch athletic training services to our patients. As an Athletic Trainer at Missoula Bone & Joint, you will have the chance to work with a diverse group of patients, including athletes of all ages and skill levels. You will collaborate with our team of physicians, physical therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive athletic training services during practices, games, and off-season camps
• Affirm the safety and well-being of the student athletes
• Accurately record patients' progress and treatment plans
• Assess injuries and determine the appropriate course of action
• Handle medical emergencies using first aid and emergency care

Requirements

• Proficiency in evaluation and triaging
• Strong documentation skills
• Knowledge and experience in medical treatment techniques
• Valid BOC certification
• Valid BLS certification
• Valid MT State License

Qualifications

• Full-time schedule during in-season
• Variable schedule outside of in-season
• $1,000 sign-on bonus: $500 after 90 days, $500 after 6 months

Pay

Competitive pay, with an expected hourly rate of $24-$33 per hour.

Schedule

Full-time hours during in-season. Variable schedule outside of in-season.
