Position Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Athletic Trainer to provide comprehensive athletic training services, injury prevention, evaluation, treatment, rehabilitation, and medical support for student-athletes. This position works closely with coaches, physicians, and other healthcare professionals to promote the health, safety, and performance of athletes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree from a CAATE-accredited Athletic Training program.
- Current Board of Certification (BOC) certification.
- Current state Athletic Trainer licensure (or eligibility to obtain).
- Current Professional Rescuer/First Aid and CPR certification.
- 0-4 years of athletic training experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Athletic Training or a related healthcare field.
- 2-4 years of collegiate athletic training experience.
- American Red Cross CPR/Professional Rescuer Instructor certification.
Work Environment
- Athletic training room, indoor athletic facilities, and outdoor sports venues.
- Regular travel with athletic teams.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and occasional holidays based on athletic schedules.
