Qualifications
- Completion of a high school diploma or the equivalent with an additional one year of experience in groundskeeping or maintenance work
- Any combination of relevant education and experience that provides:
- A valid TX Driver's License
- A physical exam
Physical Requirements
- Stand and walk continuously during the shift
- Climb ladders, stairs, poles, scaffolding, and other inclined surfaces occasionally
- Bend and kneel frequently
- Lift and carry up to 25 pounds continuously
- Lift and carry up to 50 pounds frequently
- Lift and carry up to 100 pounds occasionally
- Push and pull objects occasionally
- Rotate upper trunk to the right or left while sitting or standing occasionally
- Reach above, at, or below shoulder height frequently
- Couple eye, hand, and foot movement to operate a vehicle continuously
